Having balanced a degree with a full-time career and a move across the country, I know that obstacles are just puzzles waiting to be solved. I bring this relentless optimism to every tutoring session. I didn't take the traditional route to the classroom, and that experience allows me to see the untapped potential in students who feel stuck. My goal is to transform "I can't" into "I will." Through positivity and tailored algebraic strategies, I help students realise that their goals aren't just dreams—they are achievements waiting to happen.

FAQ's

"Do you teach in person?"

Through research (EEF) it has been proven that small online groups enhance efficiency in learning and improves grades. By experience online not only reduces distractions but for parent eliminates the need (and cost) for travel time.

"Do you teach 1:1 lessons?"

Joining groups can significantly accelerate your learning! You'll gain invaluable insights simply by hearing the questions and breakthroughs of others that you may not have considered on your own.

"Can I pay lesson by lesson?"

To ensure our groups remain small and effective, I give priority to those who are dedicated to attending the entire half-term. This way, you’ll gain even more from the experience! Each lesson is designed to build on the previous one, making full attendance the best way to see your skills develop. You can also spread the payments for the half-term over time using Klarna or Clearpay.

"What if I want to cancel a lesson or half term?"

Lessons are recorded, so if you miss one, no worries! I can share the recording with you to help you catch up. Whilst student faces are not recorded, it's advisable to turn off your camera just in case. Cancellations made halfway through the term will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to send us a message.
