Welcome to Level Up Tutoring®. By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Payments and Enrolment. Billing Cycle: Fees are payable in advance by the half-term. Payment Timing: Full payment must be received prior to the start of the first lesson of the half-term to secure the student’s place. Late Payments: Level Up Tutoring® reserves the right to suspend tutoring services if payments are not made by the specified due date.

2. Attendance and Missed Lessons. No Refunds for Absence: If a student misses a scheduled lesson for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued. Lesson Recordings: In the event of a missed lesson, a recording of the session will be sent to the student. This ensures the student can stay up to date with the curriculum. Technical Issues: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure a stable internet connection. Refunds are not provided for student-side technical difficulties.

3. Cancellation Policy. Mid-Term Cancellations: Generally, refunds are not provided for cancellations made during the course of a half-term. Exceptional Circumstances: At the sole discretion of Level Up Tutoring®, refunds or credits may be considered under exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged medical emergency with documentation).

4. Video and Recording Policy. Privacy First: Lessons are recorded for educational purposes and for distribution to absent students. Anonymity: To protect student privacy, recordings will focus on the tutor’s screen and audio. Students are encouraged to turn their cameras off if they do not wish to be seen or "known" in the recording. Usage: These recordings are for the private use of the enrolled cohort and must not be shared externally by students or parents.

5. Groups and Membership Areas. User Identities: Users may create pseudonyms/usernames. You are not required to share your real name or use a photo of your face as a profile picture. Public Information: Any information, text, or files shared within these membership groups becomes public information within that specific group. * Liability Disclaimer: Level Up Tutoring® is not responsible for any personal information a user chooses to disclose in these areas. Content Standards: All shared information must be related to educational activity or peer support. Postings involving marketing, harassment, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct and Termination. Level Up Tutoring® reserves the right to remove any member from lessons or membership areas, without refund, if they: Fail to follow these Terms and Conditions. Engage in bullying, disruptive behaviour, or share inappropriate content.

Infringe upon the intellectual property of Level Up Tutoring® (e.g., sharing proprietary worksheets or recordings externally).

7. Limitation of Liability. Level Up Tutoring® strives for the highest educational standards; however, we do not guarantee specific exam results or grades. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the current half-term.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)We value your privacy. We only collect the data necessary to provide our tutoring services (names, emails, and payment info). We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, including but not limited to worksheets, practice papers, slide decks, and video recordings, are the exclusive property of Level Up Tutoring®.

Access to these materials is granted for the student’s personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not redistribute, sell, or upload these materials to any external websites or social media platforms without express written permission.

10. Safeguarding and Parental Consent

Consent: For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions on the student's behalf.

Child Protection: Level Up Tutoring is committed to a safe learning environment. Our full Safeguarding Policy is available upon request. Any concerns regarding student welfare will be handled in accordance with local protective services guidelines.

11. Trademark and Brand Protection

Level Up Tutoring® is a registered trademark. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized Use: The use of the name "Level Up Tutoring," or any associated brand identifiers—including but not limited to use in trade, advertising, or as meta-tags on other websites—is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Enforcement: Any unauthorised use or infringement of our trademark will be viewed as a serious breach of intellectual property law. Level Up Tutoring® reserves the right to take formal legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, against any individual or entity found to be in violation of these rights to the fullest extent of the law.
