To ensure a productive and positive environment for everyone, all members of the Level Up Tutoring® community are expected to follow these guidelines.

1. Respect the Community. Treat all tutors and fellow students with kindness. Bullying, harassment, or the use of offensive language—whether in live lessons or membership groups—will result in immediate removal from the platform.

 

2. Purposeful Posting. Keep all discussions in membership areas focused on maths and educational support. Do: Ask for help with a tricky algebra problem or share a helpful study tip. Don't: Post spam, advertisements, or off-topic "chat" that clutters the learning space.

 

3. Privacy Awareness. Protect Yourself: We recommend using a username and an avatar (rather than a photo of your face) to maintain your privacy. Respect Others: Do not share the personal details, social media handles, or contact information of other students.

4. Integrity in Learning. While we encourage peer support, please ensure that any work shared is your own or is being used for the purpose of asking for help. Level Up Tutoring® is a place for growth, and that starts with honest effort.

 

5. Proper Use of Recordings. Lesson recordings are provided for your personal revision. Recording the session on your own device or sharing our official recordings with people outside of your specific class is strictly prohibited.
