Service Description
Year 9 Maths with Mrs. Varley This course follows a standard Year 9 curriculum, making it the perfect fit for students in that year group—though anyone ready for the challenge is more than welcome to hop in! Mrs. Varley leads our weekly tutorials, keeping every session lively, interactive, and easy to follow. We dive deep into all the essential topics you’ll need to master to land those top grades on your exams and to feel confident in the classroom. Why join these sessions? Personal Growth: Weekly online meet-ups help students tackle tricky problems and unlock their full potential in a supportive virtual environment. Revision Made Easy: Every lesson is recorded, so if you hit a snag or just want to recap a tough topic, you can re-watch the footage whenever you need it. Classroom Confidence: Mrs. Varley’s goal is to help students sharpen their mathematical skills and build the "brain power" needed to walk into any assessments in the classroom feeling prepared and confident.
Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the process for securing a place in our tutoring programs. By completing a booking, you agree to the following terms. 1. Reservation of Places First-Come, First-Served: Places in our group sessions are limited to ensure high-quality interaction. Bookings are processed in the order they are received. Provisional Bookings: A place is only considered "provisionally held" once a booking form is submitted. It is not confirmed until the full payment for the upcoming half-term has been cleared. 2. Payment Deadlines New Students: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the slot. Returning Students: Students will be automatically enrolled onto the next halft term. Please confirm via e-mail if you wish to cancel the next half term before it begins. Payments must be made before the half term begins to secure your space. 3. Trial Lessons (If Applicable) If a trial lesson is offered, it must be booked and paid for (at the individual lesson rate) at least 48 hours in advance. Following a trial, parents have 24 hours to confirm if they wish to book the remainder of the half-term before the spot is released to other students. 4. Direct Entry Mid-Term If a student joins Level Up Tutoring® after a half-term has already commenced, the fee will be calculated pro-rata for the remaining lessons in that block. Access to recordings of previous lessons in that term is not included in pro-rata bookings unless specifically agreed upon. 5. Minimum Enrolment Requirements Level Up Tutoring® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group session if the minimum number of students is not met. In the rare event of a course cancellation by us, a full refund for the affected sessions will be provided. 6. Confirmation of Booking Upon successful payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email. This email will contain the schedule, access links for the virtual classroom, and a link to the Student Code of Conduct. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure these details are received and saved. 7. Cancellation: During the half term and after payment has been taken, individual circumstances can be discussed. Please send us an e-mail. Refunds are not given for missed lessons, lessons are recorded and will be sent to students to catch up with anything that has been missed.
