Not sure if groups are for you? Try it out with one class first.
Service Description
Not sure if group tutoring is right for your child? Come to a trial session and see exactly how it works. You'll get a taste of a real Level Up Tutoring lesson — exam-focused, practical, and built around the exact techniques that help students jump a grade. As a qualified maths teacher and GCSE examiner, I know exactly what examiners look for, and every session is built around that insider knowledge. Your trial covers the same methods used in our group sessions, including the Get-Unstuck Method for tricky questions and the Careless-Mistake Checklist that stops easy marks slipping away. Like what you see? Join one of our small group sessions afterwards — affordable, supportive, and structured to build real exam confidence all year. Spaces are limited — grab your trial slot now.

Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the process for securing a place in our tutoring programs. By completing a booking, you agree to the following terms. 1. Reservation of Places First-Come, First-Served: Places in our group sessions are limited to ensure high-quality interaction. Bookings are processed in the order they are received. Provisional Bookings: A place is only considered "provisionally held" once a booking form is submitted. It is not confirmed until the full payment for the upcoming half-term has been cleared. 2. Payment Deadlines New Students: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the slot. Returning Students: Students will be automatically enrolled onto the next halft term. Please confirm via e-mail if you wish to cancel the next half term before it begins. Payments must be made before the half term begins to secure your space. 3. Trial Lessons (If Applicable) If a trial lesson is offered, it must be booked and paid for (at the individual lesson rate) at least 48 hours in advance. Following a trial, parents have 24 hours to confirm if they wish to book the remainder of the half-term before the spot is released to other students. 4. Direct Entry Mid-Term If a student joins Level Up Tutoring® after a half-term has already commenced, the fee will be calculated pro-rata for the remaining lessons in that block. Access to recordings of previous lessons in that term is not included in pro-rata bookings unless specifically agreed upon. 5. Minimum Enrolment Requirements Level Up Tutoring® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group session if the minimum number of students is not met. In the rare event of a course cancellation by us, a full refund for the affected sessions will be provided. 6. Confirmation of Booking Upon successful payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email. This email will contain the schedule, access links for the virtual classroom, and a link to the Student Code of Conduct. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure these details are received and saved. 7. Cancellation: During the half term and after payment has been taken, individual circumstances can be discussed. Please send us an e-mail. Refunds are not given for missed lessons, lessons are recorded and will be sent to students to catch up with anything that has been missed.
