About me
Hi, I'm Louise
Having balanced a degree alongside a full-time career, a move across the country, planning my wedding and having two children I understand first-hand that perseverance is the key to achieving your goals. I bring that same determination, optimism, and resilience to every tutoring session.
As both a Maths teacher and examiner, I also bring valuable insight into how students can improve not just their understanding of Maths, but their exam performance too. Through years of teaching and marking exam papers, I have developed a strong ability to identify gaps in knowledge quickly, pinpoint the topics that appear most frequently in exams, and address the common misconceptions students make time and time again.
My focus is on building strong mathematical foundations that allow students to develop genuine confidence in their abilities. By breaking down complex topics into manageable steps and tailoring lessons to each student’s needs, I help students strengthen their understanding, overcome barriers, and progress to the next level with confidence and independence.
