The Rescue Pack contains the essential topics students need to master in order to achieve a Grade 4 or 5 in GCSE maths. This pack helps to get them over the line.

It includes worked examples, practice questions with answers, and regular progress checks to help students monitor their understanding and identify areas for improvement.

The pack also features valuable examiner-informed exam tips, revision strategies, and useful study planners to help students stay organised and make the most of their revision time.

Challenges Students Face When Sitting and Revising for Assessments

img1.avif

Not knowing which topics to revise for or to improve can leave students feeling a bit lost. They don't know where to start. If they are given a list to revise they don't know how.

Sitting an assessment can bring all sort of uncertainties - 'The question looked different to how we learned it', 'The teacher hasn't shown us this yet', 'I ran out of time', 'I wasn't sure on the method'.

The challenge of actually using the formula sheet in assessments when it hasn't been shown in the classroom 'HOW' to use it.

The Free Foundation Grade 4/5 Revision Pack provides students with easy to follow examples and progress checks to help them aim for their highest grade.

About Me

Hi, I'm Louise

As a qualified maths teacher and examiner, I know exactly what it takes for students to succeed  in the classroom and in the exam room. I quickly spot gaps in understanding, focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference, and clear up the misconceptions that so often hold students back.

I believe every student can become confident in maths. My goal isn't just better grades  it's helping students learn to think mathematically, tackle challenges with confidence, and build skills that stay with them long after the exams are over.

My small-group lessons are designed to focus on the essential topics that come up most often in exams, while building the strong foundations needed for the highest grade achievable. By breaking complex ideas into manageable steps, I help students make real, lasting progress toward their goals.
